Phuket Introductory dive – Discover Scuba Diving
If you are not yet resolved to follow a Scuba Diver training course, there is also the Discover Scuba Diving program . It consists of scuba diving discovery, practicable from ten years old, provided that you are in good physical condition.
You learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. If you make an open water dive, you’ll practice a few more skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure.
Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear.
Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater.
Learn key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive.
Hear about becoming a certified diver through the PADI Open Water Diver course.
It is offered by PADI commercial diving establishments such as swimming pools, beaches, shops or diving boats.
It is not a scuba diving which issues a certificate, but diving for discovery and leisure.
It is also the first step to take to get an overview of the Scuba Diver and to be convinced to follow a real certification training.
DIVING EQUIPMENT
Before immersion, make sure that the diving equipment is complete for maximum safety in the depths.
Generally, it is made available to each participant. It must include fins, mask, snorkel, wetsuit, BC, regulator, bottle, belt, and ballast.
If you already have your diving equipment, you can use it, but talk to your instructor first so that he can check it.
Did the Discover Scuba Diving Program. There were 2 of us who went out with Dave and Kik on 21/7/22. We absolutely loved the relaxed, professional and safe environment provided by both Dave and Kik through out the 3 dives we did on the day.
